Wounded vagina is very much prone to infection if not properly taken its care. Instead of using normal cloth for cleaning vaginal area, use new sanitary pads of good quality and keep it changing frequently in order to avoid infection of vagina and displaced uterus. 

Avoid Septicemia after Birth

Before bathing or washing the vaginal area mix some antiseptic in water to avoid germs. In order to get relief from bruised pain after birth sit bath is taken generally in warm water filled tub, already mixed disinfectant in it.

Care about Vaginal Stichings

Keep in mind that your legs are not wide apart in order to safeguard vaginal stitching.

Contraction Exercise

To improve vaginal muscles tightness, a simple exercise is very much effective; lie down on back, keeping your hands along sides and relax. Now breathe deeply and contract your vaginal muscles simultaneously hold your breath for a while, and then exhale slowly. Repeat this exercise ten times and increase it timings up till muscles get strong enough to tight the vagina in its original shape before birth.

Avoid Sex after Birth

Sex after child birth must be avoided at least 2 months after child birth; giving sufficient time to female sexual organs to come in rhythm, wounds to heal, tightening of vaginal muscles and to stop bleeding from uterus.

All above guidelines must be followed strictly in order to avoid vaginal looseness, and to remain attractive for your life partner after child birth as before.
